I'm interested to see how they perfomr in the Big East Tournament before thinking of how far they'll go in the NCAA's. Honestly, they have as good a shot as anyone. There's not really a clear cut favorite this year. With the way Georgetown has played recently, they definitely have the potential to make a good run. There are very few who can match up with Hibbert down low and if Jeff Green keeps playing at the level he has been, they'll be extremely tough to beat. A matchup between them and Ohio St. at any point in the tournament would be crazy.
Watching the game against Pitt this past Saturday showed me a lot. I didnt think Georgetown was as good defensively as they've been playing over the past few weeks. Coach Thompson has definitely showed an emphasis on defense and it's been paying off. They also showed a lot of heart coming back from an 8 point deficeit in the 2nd half. I think the NCAA tournament is more wide open this year thatn it has been in a while, so I wouldn't be surprised at all to see the Hoyas make a run.

i've got have been given Texas A&M prevailing the entire component. i admire their achievable matchups the entire way by using, and Acie regulation would be the X-component the Aggies ought to conquer communities on the top of the activity. The headline day after at present will in all hazard examine something like, "State fought the regulation, and the regulation gained." And no, i do no longer stay in college Station, i'm an Arizona fan residing in Tucson. we are going to see what the Wildcats can do against Florida, in the event that they could get that some distance...

They are the hottest team in college ball at this moment and are playing the best basketball. They have strong inside presence and have beaten quality teams like Pitt and Marquette. They could easily make the Final Four this year in Atlanta.

Not a chance... too many quality teams would destroy them in the tourny... they may not even make the final four in the Big East tourny.
