if your ovulation cycle is correct than now.. dont waste time..

Women ovulate at different times during their cycle and more and more conflicting information is being published daily. For YOUR cycle, I would recomment purchasing a BASAL Thermometer and tracking your temperature first thing in the morning.

Your temperature must be taking before you do anything. And I mean ANYTHING - no conversating, brushing teeth, using the restroom, NOTHING! Wake up - get your thermometer, take temp and plot it on a graph. After some time, you'll notice your ovulating pattern.

You can also purchase ovulating kits which will let you know when the time is right for conception. All of these items can be found at your local pharmacy.

u could use giggle's method of taking temperature and/or making note of discharge (i am sorry if u find it indecent, i am just trying to help )it is dry when ur periods are over and gets more and more wet and milky. the day its milky is the day u have maximum chances of getting pregnant as it means ur ovulation time is close and also the sperms can survive better & longer in this fluid. It is usaully 12th or 14th day of ur cycle depending on length of it.
Hope this helps
I followed this technique and got pregnant in my second cycle!!!
Good Luck

I also did the "string test" method, which is to see how stringy the mucous you discharge is. I went not on how milky, but on how clear and stretchy it was and got pg after 2 months. Its kind of weird when you start it, but its a natural substance and you can wash your hands immediately after. And doing all that temp stuff is a real hassle and sort of unreliable if you dont do it exactly right.
Good luck!!!

You can predict that you are ovulating by checking your temp every morning first thing when you get up. And the first morning that you wake up and your temp is higher than normal then you should start trying to conceive. Usually, women ovulate 12-14 days after the first day of their last period. Good Luck!!
