State Road Transport buses from ISBT, Kashmere Gate take about 9 -10 hours to reach Jalandhar from Delhi. There are quite a few trains from Morning till late night from Delhi to Jalandhar. Visit Indian Railways website at http://www.indianrail.gov.in/ for complete details of all such trains, including time of journey being taken by each such train. A fastest tain would take about 6 hours between Delhi & Jalandhar.
