i had a headache the other night and it was the worst i have ever had. Every since it went away i have pain in my head where the pain was worse if i touch it. I can't lay on it without my head hurting. It feels like it is brused to me.

Check with a doctor. You could be experiencing temporal arteritis which is a serious condition causing tenderness along the side of the head.

Maybe you should go to the doctor. A headache should not continuously cause pain and you do not have a bruise because a headache cannot give you a bruise unless you are hit on the head.
