Any ideas are welcome.

I know that there are many theories about reality so I am not here to argue what is true.

I am wondering that if we were actually ''sims'', how should I live my life and conduct myself so that the ''player'' of the game (That is, g-d/ whoever/ whatever) would gain me favors.

Here is an idea from http://www.simulation-argument.com :
'' If you might be living in a simulation then all else equal you should care less about others, live more for today, make your world look more likely to become rich, expect to and try more to participate in pivotal events, be more entertaining and praiseworthy, and keep the famous people around you happier and more interested in you. ''

... what do you think the ''player'' wants from the human beings?

If you were a character in such a universe, that implies that there is a "player" running the game. If you want to continue to exist, then you have to do what the "player" wants, one would assume, or the player is going to get unhappy and get rid of your character. If you make the player happy - in whatever way the PLAYER defines "happy" - then you get to keep on existing... Makes you wonder, no? :-)

We're not characters in a computer game. If we were then you would have to follow the rules of the game. Whatever those may be. I've never played "Sims" so I don't know what its rules are...

As far as this world is concerned, whatever you may believe (whether or not you accept that there is a God) the bottom line is it can't hurt to live the best life you can, for yourself & everyone else. So love yourself, love others, love the planet, be a good person, have fun, do what you enjoy, follow your bliss...

This is not a simulation. Go out & explore the world. Experience it with your senses. This is not a dream or an illusion. Stop navel gazing in front of a computer & go out into the world. Give yourself a reality check.

You create your own fate & luck.

The simulation argument sounds shallow & silly, but certainly there are people who choose to live life this way. Money & fame aren't everything. Love is the most important thing.

Ultimately everyone does what makes them self feel good. Even the people who it might appear are always doing things for others, including the unfortunate, are really doing it because it makes them self feel good. Even the motive in loving others is that that makes oneself feel good.
The key to success/happiness/the allusion of being lucky is doing what one knows is "the right thing to do". As to the idea of "the player of the game", know the player of the game, as to your life is concerned, is you. Have the courage to accept what is so commonly said about "the player of the game". That he loves you.
That idea is for your benefit. If someone loves you, they support you in what you want. If indeed there is a Supreme Power, it wants to give you what you want. Trust in that. What you believe, you will achieve. Do what you want as long as it is right. Don't wait for anything to happen. Decide what you want and ask/expect to get it. If you do not decide and ask for what you want, you will get exactly what you asked for, nothing will change. The secret to success, happiness, peace, health is to be very clear, very detailed about what you want to have and understand as clearly, that you deserve all those things.
As to the idea of a simulated universe, thats the only universe that exists and you,me, we are the simulators.

1. Don't pick a job because you think you will be happy doing it forever. Pick a job that you can tolerate and will make more than enough to live on.

2. Make more friends than enemies. Don't ever lose connection with a contact. Make them WANT to be around you.
