I would consider a sexy hairstyle to be curvy Spikes, (straight up and slanted) it looks really cool and gets a lot of attention, but you also mentioned if it mattered? the answer is no! sometimes if not most it doesn't matter, the only thing that is important is how you feel about it. If someone said to you I don't like spikes, and someone does, what are you going to do? make one half up, and the other half down (looks weird). Get It?

Go into a salon and ask because it could be different for everyone
depending on the shape of your face long is always beautiful but if your cheek bones are sized or shaped one way or another sometimes when worn down might make your face look chubby depending on the person...if you ask them they will tell you or if you go in the magazine isle of a store a lot a places sell magazines all or hair design, styles or dos'. it doesn't matter...see when i was 6years old i liked girls who where my age to have the 'pig-tails' hairstyle but now am 23 i like brunettes with natural curly hair but that doesn't mean that if i make it to 45 i might feel the same...'hairstyles like anything external have a habit of going out of fashion'
