It is shameful that none of the self-absorbed sh*theads said so much as one word of thanks to our troops who are risking their lives for us at this very second, as the actors congratulate themselves.

The lack of Oscar-worthy movies this year... There were about a third of the "really good movies" of years past, so it's not like the voters had many options. I get migraines from the lighting in theaters, so a film has to be really, REALLY good for me to want to see it on the big screen. I didn't hear of one that was worth the trouble last year...

Just about everything: the long speech in Italian, the Pilobus dancers, the sound effects number, the bad songs that were nominated, Ellen and the vacuum ... boring.

They're silly and pretentious--which is why I didn't watch them this year. What do YOU think was the worst thing about them this year?

Melissa Ethridge's cliched garbage winning best song. Of course, the other nominees weren't great either.
