Dude, you have to be more specific. What's your budget? Where in Luzon? Luzon is a big island. If you're going to live in the rural areas, definitely it will be cheap but is this what you want?

first of all, u need to specify which part of luzon? coz luzon is the biggest island of the philippines...if in manila, there are a lot of cheap apartelle there...malate has a lot to offer you for less than $20 a day...there are lots of cheap hotels but reasonable enough there...try this website http://www.ephilippineshotel.com/manila/index.html ...hope i'd help!
