you see my best friend is a guy and i emailed him because god laid it on my heart that i should tell him that ive liked him for a long time and know he wont respond. im afriad i just lost him i thought for sure he liked me but i guess age difference and looks made him not like me. please i have been crying for 1 and a half weeks i cant get over him

If he's your best friend then he won't want to hurt you. That could be the reason he didn't respond. Try talking to him.
But cheer up. People's feelings change all the time.
Besides, you're beautiful in your own way and if he doesn't see that then believe me, another boy will.

I'm sorry to hear about your delema,
Is he avoiding you or is his computer broken? Have you tried calling his house or have you seen him in school?
Write him a note saying that your sorry you though of him in a special way and apparently he does not think or feel the same way and that is o.k. with you. Tell him that he is more important to be firends with than to be in a relationship with him. As hard as it is, if he still does not come around find yourself a new friend.
Some people are not comfortable becoming best friends with someone and then making something more of it. They know that if things don't work out that it can ruin the friendship. Maybe this is why he is not responding. Once again, ask him why he will not respond only after you told him what I said. However it needs to come from your heart other wise it will not mean a thing to him.
On way or another things will work out; like I mentioned earlier if he is so close minded to your appolige one day someone will take his place.
I wish you the best life has to offer. Love is not an easy thing.
Take it from me; I used to like this girl back when I was in Junior High (im now 40) I waited all day for her to come home; we were supposed to go out. She stood me up. It hurt but I moved on, and met someone nicer that would not treat me like that.

Well you did the right thing in telling him but a guy is never worth crying 1 and a half weeks over...talk to him and if he says he dosnt like you back then dont worry in time he may start to like you

Give it sometime.. maybe he needs to think about it. Maybe he is just scared. guys are sometimes complicated as woman.
he had to like you to be your best friend. so dont stress on that. Dont bombard him with emails or calls either... just give it sometime. its hard yes i know but in the end... it may work out.
i recommend getting the book called IN THE MEAN TIME by Ilyana VanZant...
its a good book..
