The Organic Retail Business is mainly stores selling organic foods...

I have come up some barriers, I just wanted to get some feedback in regards to mine and any others that you can think of...

1) Up front capital costs to get the company upa nd running. Real Estate, Operating Costs and technology.

2) Finding, Training and retaining good on the floor employees. Employees need a working knowledge of natural foods and how they differ from mass market foods.

3) Finding sustainable organic producers and suppliers

4) Finding Real Estate in locations that tend to offer great buyers seems to be a challenge

5) Availability to stock the stores with an abundance of differing products so as to appeal to many different people.

What does everyone think of these, and if you can think of any others that would be great... Thanks

Find location with cheaper rent or use your own property. Canvass the materials you needed if they are available in third world countries. Hire also employees from third world country, like the Philippines, who are expert in the food processing. To sell your product, first factor is location, second is location, etc. Hire agent to offer your product to stores. In any business, capital is a must.
