You can connect the output of your TIVO to the input of your VHS recorder. Set your recorder on line input. Connect the output of your VHS to your TV so you can monitor what you are recording if you desire.
If you are using a TIVO series 2 you can also connect your computer to the TIVO and transfer recordings to your computer and burn them to a DVD.

Should actually be pretty easy to do. Just plug your VCR into the TIVo, there are instructions in your manual on where it goes. Then, go to the basic screen on your TIVo, and there is a link that says transfer to Video. As soon as the video is attached the link will come up.
