No, I don't. This is just the beginning of what's going to be long campaigns littered with innuendo and outright accusation here and there along the way. It happens in every Presidential election. It'll happen on the Republican side too. It's something that Americans have come to expect, though they remain somewhat disgusted by it, and tend to be able to wade through it and toss it aside - at least for the most part. Usually a downfall comes when the candidate themselves make a huge blunder. Like Howard Dean and his famous whoop and yee-haw yell that was the beginning of the end for him, for instance. All of a sudden American saw a man who didn't control his emotions properly acting a bit nuts and that's all it took.

Once the nomination goes to whoever, this will all be forgotten in a slew of mud-slinging and political adverts on the TV again.
Neither of them is going to damage the other beyond repair. That would give the Republicans an advantage in and of itself. The best thing that Democrats can do is what they (and the Republicans) have always done; weather the storm, and get on with it in '08.

It sure is fun to watch. It is early, though, and this is an "undercard" battle so far.

I bet the repubs are having an orgasm over this, but it's just their offices fighting...not the candidates. And it is being resolved anyway, so the answer is NO!
