i am a new graduate nurse. How long should I work before I begin working agency.?

How much do they pay nurses who work for agency. and where do I find more information.

Depends on where you have worked, if you work at a fast paced large hospital and know your stuff go for it. I know in my own experience I started doing agency after 2 years.

My mother suggests building your confidence and then when you feel comfortable, go for it.
