Name the battle that led to the secession of other southern states.?

once again, right before the civil war

Technically "Fort Sumter" was not a Battle. It was a siege. Fort Sumter being on an island. However, having said that, let Me just say that is WAS the reason for the secession from the Union by the Southern States so as to form the Confederacy.
