"Pan's Labyrinth" was robbed!!! No one will remember the German film that won ( have forgotten the name). So was best cinematography for "Children of Men" (robbed).
"The Departed" shouldn't have won best movie, I would've given it to either "The Queen" or "Little Miss Sunshine". Same for Best Director, I know it was waaaay past Martin Scorsese's turn, but the award should've gone to either Stephan Frears, or Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu.
I hate how you just *know* who's gonna win by the choice of presenters...Hello old-timers like Frances Ford Coppola, Spielberg and Lucas, ergo the award goes to another old-timer Martin Scorsese. Same with best movie, Jack Nicholson (star of The Departed), out to announce best movie, with would you think it would be?

It was okay, gave me a chance to see the dresses on the women. Thank goodness for the wins of Forrest, Helen and Martin.

I enjoyed them! I love all 5 actresses nominated so would have been happy whoever won. But her speech was great! Those shadow dancers were cool!
