THAT was the 2 best teams in the nation? 49-48? Christ, I've seen high school teams play a prettier game than that.
Jesus that was painful to watch! Big 10 basketball is just downright ugly basketball, and neither of those teams is the best in the nation.
Big 10 basketball is inferior to the game played in either the ACC, SEC or Big East. Agree?

I mean Jesus, UW had 2 big guys on the court that OSU didn't even bother to guard at the top of the key. They would just sag back almost 5-6 feet off of them into the lane every time one of those guys touched the ball.
That's a pretty sad excuse for a #1 team when 2 of your 5 guys on the floor aren't even remotely considered an offensive threat.
And playing zone defense for a good portion of the game? Sheesh, that's high school.

The Big 10 is weak this year, but the Big East is down too. The best conferences this year are the ACC and Pac 10. Big 12 and SEC are also decent.

No I don't agree. That game was between 2 great basketball teams maybe not 1 2 but two teams that will go far in march. I get that the game was not up and down but if you wont see Wisconsin go down and heave up shots. The best part of Ohio State is they can go up and down (vs. North Carolina) and can play slow down grind it out basketball (vs. Wisconsin) that is why Ohio State is the best team in the country. A healthy Greg Oden is why Ohio State will go to the Final Four and maybe win the championship. Now the Big Ten is not the best confrence but look at the standings Ohio State is 14-1 they have cleaned up the confrence. You can say the Big Ten is bad but not the Buckeyes they have taken over the Big Ten and have the other teams wishing they were Ohio State.

The thing you guys dont get The big ten is tough the play is rough its not like all the others were you just touch a guy and he gets the foul call.

I agree. I hate that ugly, slow ball. Don't forget about the PAC-10 out west. Arizona, USC, Washington, Oregon and UCLA in the PAC-10 play a nice, fast-paced game, too.
