American media is fascinated with it. And American media is disfunctional.

I couldn't care less about Anna, Brittney, or the astronut.

If there was anything worthwhile on TV, we wouldn't be here, and the internet would be a desolate wasteland.

Not to suggest that jousting with Mr. Yamster is better than a good book by the fireside on a cold day. But it's better than the ET stuff fer shure fer shure....

Because she was beautiful, rich, and famous, everything we all want to be, and yet she conducted herself like a pathetic drug-addicted prostitute. We all wondered, What's her problem?? We were envious and yet felt sorry for her at the same time. That mix of emotions is kind of compelling. And we were/are curious what would happen next; it is a real-life soap opera, fun to talk about with our friends.

I think we like to see how some rich people really live. I mean think about it, I know some thought she slept with a lot of men and look, you got everybody wanting to be he daughter's father. It is ridiculous and entertaining!

nobody was expecting it. her son died like 4-5 months ago and she has this baby whom everyone is claiming to be the daddy of and she has this big fortune coming to her eventually from her marriage to the oil guy so everyone including her mother is trying to get custody of this baby and all of belongings and inheritents. the whole thing is sad.
