She wears really small glasses with thick lenses and LOTS of black eyeliner all the way around her eyes. She has an identical twin sister who's really pretty, so I know she could be too. How can I nicely help her?

She hasn't asked for my help but trust me, she needs it. She's 26 and has never had a boyfriend and she never dates. She always wears all hair back in a ponytail and doesn't wear much other makeup than her eyeliner.

When you're hanging out or planning to go out just play it cool and be like can I do your make up for once because I never seen you do it in a different way or something. Trust me, i do make up for all my friends all the time trying to help them out too! I would be like oh i just got this and i think its really nice, can i put it on you... something like that, she won't take offensively.

Are you sure she even wants your help?
If she doesn't, let her be.

but if she wants her own personal makeover, I suggest contacts, a little less eyeliner, and some side bangs. Unless she already has side bangs.
But if she cannot get contacts, then just a new hair style that frames her face will be fine.
Layers might look great too. Depends on what color of hair she has and her facial features.

Does she wear any mroe makeup besides eyeliner? What skin color does she have?
If she ahs a lighter skin tone, I suggest a light lipgloss, and some light pink blush. If she has a darker complection, have her try some neatural colored eyeshadow, and make sure she DOES NOT wear any light blue/pinks for eye shadows.

maybe she doesn't want your help. maybe she's just doing her. you can talk to her about it and say you want to make her over but if she doesn't want to, just respect it.
