Well vince always said that everyone hates their bosses in their real jobs, and therefore he plays off the evil boss in WWE, the whole thing with the diva's is most likely to also play the whole perverted role since everyone knows he has a wife as well...etc. He said that he wants his character to be a person everyone is completely disgusted in, and even though I think the dude is awesome and I can't help but laugh at him everytime he comes out, he plays the roles awesomely.

His character is built as a huge ego-maniac, this helps his character get heat from the crowd. Besides who could blame him, they're hot.

Because he is the owner of the WWE and he can do what ever he wants. He really likes to give his character power. And look strong to his employees and his business partners.

Makes him look like a womanizer, then again he cheated on Linda years ago but they got through it. So he probably does this because he is "acting". Is it acting? I don't think so, I sure wouldn't be acting!
