The trouble with that is you will start to trust them
& you may tell them what school you go to
or where you work
or live
or what sport team
or even the street you live etc etc
you may not even realise you are giving away tiny pieces of information
& before you know it they have a profile of you & you could be in DANGER, so unless you are grown up just be very very careful

It is not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, I met my guy online and we've been together for over five years now. Of course, it also took a fifteen months of phone conversations before I agreed to meet him in person. I was in my early thirties at the time and very careful.

The problem is that just because the boy said he is your age does not mean that he is being honest. In fact, he might not even be a boy. He could be a man, woman, or girl. There is also the issue of pedophiles. Many use the Internet to find their victims. I have a son who is 12, and he is not allowed to chat online for those very reasons.

Just be careful. You were smart not to give your personal information. Keep that up. And never agree to meet anyone.

Take care.

My spouse of 10 years began enjoying this sport 8 months in the past the place she met a super sort of people on line she called friends and at last greater to changing telephone numbers and finally actual touch which brought about an affair. From a husbands viewpoint i can work out why he feels uncomfortable with it. no remember if that's something you extremely prefer to do i'd "introduce" your husband on your on line friends and make effective he's conscious you're making it prevalent to the human beings you consult from which you're married.

You should be extremely careful. Don't ever agree to meet someone in person that you have chatted with online. There are a lot of weirdos out there. Boys your age could really be older guys pretending to be your age. If they want pictures or talk about a web cam then it is time to say bye bye.

Just becareful there are some real freaks out there. You are smart not to give out any of your personal info. Just keep in mind you might not be talking to the person they claim they are, a dirty old man can say he is 15yrs old, and you don't know who or what he really is.

Be careful and always research what you're getting into. Ask what their intentions are and use your gut with common sense. I wouldn't go so far to tell you not to do it because not everyone is bad, just be weary and discern for yourself who you wish to become acquainted with.

You have brains... use them.

Keep your personal information to yourself at all times... accept their information/ profile with a grain of salt.

Don't get in over your head.. if your uncomfortable with it.. stop immediately. Don't feel bad about 'blocking' them, or ignoring them. It's your right.

Otherwise, use your head, and gut feeling... and have fun.
