Police reports mean nothing. They don't go on your record. Convictions do. They can be found with deep digging like say from the FBI or if you were to run for President but not by a conventional background check.
All a police report is is a form explaining what the cops did and how the situation went. Cops write millions of them. One for every interaction with the public and then they are long forgotton.

Well, that's a good question. I don't think it can be done. Once it's on there, there it is. For life or something comparably painful. Just buck up, keep your nose clean, and walk the straight and narrow from here on out. That's my best advice, although cliche. Good luck and God bless.
