Iran's proxy fired hundreds of poorly aimed rockets into Israel. Is the US Eastern seaboard Iran's next target for poorly aimed nukes?

Daniel O. I do hope that you are right about Iran's intent. If Iran's intent is concilliation rather than confrontation, then they should recoginize that a rocket launch is sending the wrong message. If Iran is trying to replay the Cuban missile crisis, it is a very dangerous strategy.

Any president, past, present or future, will see a threat to America and act accordingly. It's not just Bush, it's in the president's job description.

They say no, but you can very well count on it.

FYI
Historicly Iran has never invaded another country and of late they have and continue to prosecute Al Queada operatives within their domaine. ****

If Bush would get off his high horse and agree to talk things over with Iran a little it might well take a lot of pressure off the situation.

The major driving force behind Iran’s nuclear program is the threat of a US military invasion.
They may well agree to back off of that situation and cooperate further with routing out terrorists and help secure the peace in Iraq if only they were given the chance to engage in a more rational diplomatic discussion other than Bushes Texas Cowboy rhetoric of " You do not speak with your enemy"
If he only took time to know his enemy he may well find out that he is not really his enemy at all but rather a potentialy powerful allie.
Jesus said something to the effect that in order to remove the spec from the eye of the enemy you must first remove the log in your own eye.

In about 10 years. That's coming from El-baradei in Vienna.
The 'International Atomic Energy Agency' and all of those people.
Funny, these people also said that although Saddam was an evil dictator,he had no WMD's.That was four and a half years ago.
