Oh YES!!! We would NOT STAY on the ground, we WOULD FLOAT OUT into SPACE!!! The SPINNIN' of THE EARTH gives US GRAVITY, that holds us on the EARTH.
We wouldn't TECHINCALLY FEEL the EARTH STOPPIN', like gettin' THROWN out of a MOVIN' VEHICLE , AFTER the BRAKES were PUT ON.

Uhh it's a basic physics problem. Delta v = change in velocity. The earth is moving at least hundreds of kilometers per hour(I'm pretty sure its in the thousands but for concept's sake). So the hypothetical question is what if the Earth went from 100km/p to 0. Yeah, we would def feel it.

If the world stopped turning what would happen to the moon? Would the moon fall out of the sky and crash to earth? I think that we would feel the effect of what would happen if the world stopped turning. =)

Well, yes.
No change from night to day,and Earth will be constantly turned towards or away from the sun (depending what season it stops on)...etc.

No, we cannot even feel it moves, perhaps we could see it (the day or the night will never end).

It would be a lot worse than that. If we felt anything, it wouldn't be for long.
