I am looking for one that has echo and noise cancelation.

A lot of people like Motorola. I personally have a Plantronics headset ($140 retail, $80 on ebay) and I am very happy with it. It comes will multiple gel tips for different size ears, a vibrating "pocket" for the headset, a AAA charger that you can plug into the end, and multiple attachments so you can use your existing phone chargers. The plantronic one I bought at Sams club was very good for the price. Just a word of advice though... don't store it inthe cup holder of the car, then forget about it, and poke a hole in you foam cup.

go to the store of the cell phone company that you have and ask pll there. they will know. everybody here will tell you they have the best but if you go to the store. the best devices will always cost more $$$. if you have $$$ then buy one on the top shelf
