I'd say not privately, but their organization, church or business may make them do it publicly. We don't celebrate hispanic history month even though there are more hispanics than blacks. Or chinese history, or for that matter caucasian history month.

I don't know if it would be considered, but my sister, who is Caucasian, educates her children on all holidays. During Black History Month, she will watch the television shows with my nephews and talks to them throughout the show about who this person is and why they are being celebrated. She does this on most cultural celebrations. She's an amazing mom!

I regarded it up and did not even comprehend the historic previous of different races have been even celebrated. Black historic previous month is the only marketed and taught at college. Plus, human beings in Black historic previous are extra favourite in American historic previous. They helped start up Civil Rights circulate. motives why different races are not celebrated is by technique of the fact maximum folk do not understand those months existed. they don't coach approximately those different races/religions at college. i will not be able to think of of any properly-enjoyed Asians or Hispanics in American historic previous. Black historic previous certainly has different historic previous in usa. Asian embody a super sort of communities and hispanics embody a super sort of communities. they don't have lots of a different historic previous in usa. properly, they do have an area American historical past month, yet returned, there is not lots of an expertise of it is life. Plus, they have a lots longer, complicated historic previous. Black historic previous is in all probability much less annoying to show in one type.

I would say that I *observe* Black History Month. I'm not black, so I think it's strange to say that I *celebrate* it.

yes they do. there was a whole bunch of white and mixed people at my daughters school taking part in the activities. parents and children. it was nice.
everyday should be a day of learning not limited to a month. doing so is like putting on a coat and taking it off.
