One of my mates is a rum addict.Seriously.?

He drinks at least 3 large bottles of rum every day.He still makes coherent sense,doesn't get aggressive.What do you say to someone who is no trouble,not boring yet drinks the entire top shelf every day of the year?

You tell him to get his liver checked. He is what you call a functioning addict.
