battlefield 2142 need an EA link?

my pc is saying i need an EA link when i try to do some things whilst playing BF 2142, how do i get this ? ive been to the EA site but cann't find where to do it

if you mean buying the ads buying Northern Strike, just go to battlefield.ea.com and search for EA link ads. You can download it from any of them.
