build your own

ex. you can get a AMD 64 3500+ processor with motherboard for $100 from their website. It is both a 32 bit and 64 bit processor. It is rated at 2.2 GHz, but bench tests comparable/slightly better to the 3.5 GHz Pentium (why it is labeled 3500+) Some motherboards will hold two processors, if that one does, you can add the second one for about $50. So now you have a dual core 3.5 GHz motherboard for $150.

I suggest searching around. Tigerdirect mentioned above is not bad to get info and I think they have build your own ... but SHOP AROUND ... study up.

It is so much cheaper to build you own by searching I promise.
