Someone told me it makes the baby come out. It sounds disgusting. i don't see how it could help honestly....

no, i have not heard of cod liver oil and root beer, but i was told castor oil mixed with orange juice. but it only works when your body is ready to give birth. it also makes you go to the bathroom so be warned lol, your best to let things happen naturally and if you need to be induced then do so but only when the doctor advises it,

SIGH...another old wives's tale about all it will accomplish is that the baby will get the shits wind up ingesting it's own feces and be born with CP or other neurological problem. If it has anything to do with Castor oil, Cod liver oil, Ex lax, Milk of magnesia, etc, etc, etc don't believe it. If you WANT a healthy baby at the end of your gestation WAIT UNTIL THE BABY IS READY TO BE BORN or your doctor advises induction.

I recomend throwing the liver oil down the toilet and never think of polluting root beer like that again

ewww. the baby will come out in time. dont try anything unless ur doctor says so. u dont want to hurt the baby!

you are right my friend was desperate to have her baby and she drank it the only thing that happend to her was she puked for a couple of hours plz dont do it
