Third Party Reference Check
What is Checked?
* Employment References
* Credit Reports
* Educational Confirmation
* Criminal Record Checks
* Driving License Abstracts
Professional, detailed background checks on potential job candidates.
Education
Verify education qualifications at university level. Confirm professional accreditation and professional association memberships.
Reference Credibility
Establish credibility of the person providing the reference. What is their relationship to the candidate? Is this person the applicant's former supervisor, peer or subordinate? When did this person know the applicant? How well does the reference really know the applicant?
Employment
Confirm positions and dates of past employment.
Past Performance
We ask the reference about the candidate's past performance based on their own knowledge and experience working with the candidate. History is reviewed and assessed. For example, learning ability, analytical skills, initiative, assertiveness, teamwork, problem solving, flexibility, oral/written communications, the ability to lead and motivate others, management and working styles, adaptability, motivation/drive, strategic planning, customer focus, time management, presentation and negotiating skills. This check also analyzes the applicant's ability to make judgements and decisions, and assesses quality of work across many varied industries.
Character
Includes interpersonal skills with subordinates and co-workers; level of professionalism; "first impressions"; personal integrity; and business reputation.
Financial History
The credit report details financial history including current accounts, bankruptcies, collections and legal items.

Yes, you have heard correctly. You can give at least two references;
Preferably, Your Principal, or Senior Faculty Member, or Well Placed Family Friend, or Relative, or Legislator of your area, as well as Driving License and Bank Manager of Bank Branch with you are banking presently, just to establish you confidence initially, while applying presently for the first employment. However, subsequently you will give reference of your previous employer/s .
