i heard that there is a reference check for a experienced employee in a company. my friend said that there will be a reference check in education for freshers in IT industry. is it so . how they will do?iam a final yr grad , did i have to submit my principal letter to them

U dont worry abt the reference check. U finish your education. Since you r going to enter IT field you can have a pc in your home and try yourself with your friends.
So that u will be able to do the programming. U can join as a trainee.

if u havew no previous work experience you can just give 2 personal references ( people who can vouch for your good character and ethics) Even better if they work in some good postion in thier job.
