how to clear hardrive of temp internet files

on i.e. you can go to tools, internet options and clear it from there... or you can just go to the folder ( i think it's in C://Windows or something) and clear out the folder...

it should be the same on Vista... right?

(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

Clear up C:/Windows/Temporary Files/ and you should be fine. In your browser, clean up the temporary files but cleaning up your cookies and temp internet files in tools->options
