Yes. They need to get done with the awards.the show won't be done until 12:30 if we're lucky.

The Oscars is a lot more than just a popularity contest.
It's a celebration of one of the most powerful artforms in the world, one that has a history and a heritage that stretches back over a hundred years. It's that history and heritage that inspire film-makers to make the films they do today. It's that same history and heritage of excellent motion pictures that make movies the most popular artform in the world.
The montages are a great reminder to the movie community and to viewers all over the world of the power and the wonder and the greatness of the movies and stars we've loved, as well as a reminder to film-makers of today what they have to live up to.
