Because I have vista windows basic and I went to the website lexamark and all I found was information on that, was they did not have it available at this time.......But, I was wondering if anyone have Windows Vista and if they do can they tell me where I can go to get the driver download for this model

A driver may become available at a later time. In the meantime, since there's not one available, you're pretty much out of luck.
You can try using the most up-to-date driver, but there are no guarantees

If the printer is not working in Vista without drivers and Lexmark doesn't have any one their site, then it's not likely a compatible printer. This is the unfortunate price to pay for "progress." Same thing happened when XP first came out.
