I have peoplepc and outlook express6 and yahoo mail.I was wondering if there is anything like aol's you've got mail that I can use to hear when i have mail.I use to have aol and I had movie stars voices tell me I have mail.I also would like a voice to say welcome with my name when my computer goes online.When my boss turns on her computer it says welcome with her name.Is there a site to go to get any or all of these things.

That's easy. All you have to do is make sure your Sound options are set. Go to the Control Panel and choose Sounds. You want to change the Event Sounds. See first link below. To make a change to the sound for an event, select the event in the Sounds Dialog box, then click on "Browse". This will open a file-search dialog allowing you to locate the file. Select the C: drive and look in your "Program Files" folder for the e-Speaking program folder (if you have installed e-Speaking). Then open the Sounds folder.

You can download various sounds for different events through the Internet. (see second link below)

The sounds are stored as WAV files on your computer. To update an even't sound, all you have to do is point the computer to the location of the appropriate sound.

it depend on the option u select with ur home page are default options, check in ur profile were u can change the option mail alerts
