I have a leaky shower, how do I fix it for cheap?

My master bath leaks water through the bottom and onto our closet carpet located right next to it. Its not a tub, it is a bath lined entirely of marble (not the real stone, but the manmade version that comes in slabs and looks similar.) I am not sure if they lined it with the thick plastic cover that I know they place on the bottom before puting tile to prevent leakage. If they didnt do this, do I have to have it redone entirely or is there a cheaper way to do this????

It sounds like you may have a major problem here and, it's going to cost. From what you say I'd guess the shower is leaking from the bottom and this has to be removed in order to do the job right. Good luck.
