My friend lost a bet to me and the stake was the loser has to do whatever the winner says for a day.He is short, fair and cute. So I was thinking I could make him dress up as a girl for a day..maybe a saree or salvar kamez or short skirt.Is this a good idea.I think he would look real good as a girl and am keen to see him dressed as one but I want to be sure he would look like a real girl and not like a guy in drag.

Oh yea, dress him up as a girl. Really try to make him look like a girl and then take him out some place (not where his friends are). To a movie, shopping, some sort of "girls" night out.
A nice skirt outfit would be best. I would think a short skirt with nylons, a blouse, and high heels or boots. Do his hair if you can, otherwise a wig. Make-up and nail polish of course, enough for him to look like a girl, and some jewelry.
Most fun guys would be ok with this and even though he might not like being dressed up, it should be fun to at least have the experience once. As embarrassing as it is, I actually think it's fun to be dressed like a girl once in a while (like on Halloween). Now outside of Halloween it would be really embarrassing but I guess that's where 'losing the bet' comes in right?

Just because he lost the bet does not give you an excuse to humiliate him. He is your friend here ya know. A better choice here would be to make him do something for you constantly all day, like wash your car, shine your shoes, carry your books if you are still in school. But do it in a good natured way. Remember, YOU may lose a bet someday--Make sure you can handle doing yourself what you dish out.

Pretty much the same thing, they have contests then whoever loses they have to do something the winner tells them.
Anyway here are some ideas from the show...
- make him walk around in womans clothing (slutty) on the street. so it looks like he's prostituting.
-make him eat a booger! lol
-make him wear fake breasts for the whole day
-shove him outside naked and lock the doors.

you have not said what the bet is ..... and if you still want him as a friend ,.... or what your ages are... I am guessing High School.... If you want him as a friend do not humiliate him ... why not make it something private that he needs to do with you or help you with instead of public humiliation .... have him read a bok or something like that that will open his eyes and perhaps bring you closer....
