You can if you just aren't comfortable anymore BUT future employers like to see that you did the responsible thing. Even though you have another job already, unless you plan on making this new job your career, it will come back and bite you in future job searches. Go to human resourses of your current job and explain your situation. They may tell you to leave before your notice has expired with their best wishes. You just never know. Good Luck

Talk to your Human Resources person.
If you leave before your two weeks, you might not get your severance package or golden parachute, or your new health insurance might not start on the same day your old one ends.
Or -- your old job may not be willing to give you a good reference.
It's all up to the people you work with.

Tough it out if you can.. its only 10 days and someday you may need the reference.

If not, go talk to the boss and see what the two of you can work out. If they already have your replacement and it does not require a lot of training it may be possible to leave early.

(or.. if you feel reaaallllllllllllllllly bad you could always call in sick)

You can, but you will be unrehirable, and it will negatively affect your job history.

Nope. It has legal binding.
But you can use your annual leave until that day is come.
