it is true what you're thinking that the more you learn, the more you realize that you don't actually know all that much. then there are people that don't know very much, but they think they know how everything works. but the thing is, when you are a learned person, you realize that even with all the theories and what not, you can never possibly know everything. there are some things we'll just never figure out, simply put

Very true. Only the ignorant believe it's possible to know everything. Arrogant people will refuse to learn or seek knowledge because they think they know it all. Intelligent people will keep pursuing knowledge & often feel frustrated because they're aware that there is so much more than they can ever know. But they have a thirst for knowledge & a healthy curiosity that will motivate them to continue.

The more you know the cause and effect relationships of things the more you realize there are a lot to be learned..

Learning is a continuous process. You don´t stop learning for there are more studies and researches that validate or nullify previous knowledge/ facts. thus..we need to keep on searching for truth.

I agree with your statement.

in truth your perception of the archetype , is relevant to the linguistics of the philosophical equation .

it is a paraphrasing of Socrates famous statement ,
All I know is that I don't know anything .

Philosophical meaning ... is that he does not put a cap on learning or ego as a lid over his self .
( misused by nihilist psychology as ego as I seen nothing or heard nothing ( as Hitlers duel challenge to the Jews)

I believe the quote is "The more you know, the more you REALIZE you don't know". If it isn't, it should be - because the REALIZATION part is the key.

When you're 16, you believe you know everything. When you're 40, that's when you realize you've never stopped learning, and you still really don't know much at all.

Well, it's a pretty good assumption that Socrates was one of the smartest men in history...and his analysis of his final days was: "I know only that I know nothing." Other than that, I can only claim that I know everything that i know, and that I know everything that is known to me in the world. Positing that I know everything in the world until I am informed of something else, I know everything.

for myself the more I know the more I want to know. I think that there are some people out there who may be like you say but not all people are this way.

The more you know (learn)
The more you know (understand)
you don't know (expanding environment/world/universe)

I don't "know"...hope that makes sense!
