How does it work?? Do you get charged for using paypal??If i buy something from ebay... and i have paypal.. is there additional fees for using it???

As a buyer, you don't incur any fees. The seller incurs any fees associated with PayPal. When a seller uses paypal, there is a small flat fee + a small percentage that gets subracted from the amount that the buyer pays. NONE of that cost is passed on to the buyer what-so-ever.
It is the preferred way of doing buisness with most EBay sellers because it can mean an immediate payment via a credit card or even a checking or savings account with the instant transfer method. There is also E-Checks but those can take up to a week to clear, though the time does depend on your bank, and its rules.

it is like a bank accout except you can sell items on ebay and people can get the money to you that way you can also check your balance
