It kinda looks like you have a contract with a company for "x" type of work, and it's almost completed. It looks like there was a stipulation in the contract that promised a "job completion" type of bonus pay, as well as an airline ticket to your home country (regardless if you want it or not). These things were apparently not provided?

As helpful as people can be here, this advise is truly only a nudge in the right direction. You may want to read through your contract several more times, paying special attention to the items (and rates) that are specified - verbal agreements mean nothing. If you still feel that your company is breaching the contract, you need to bring it up with them (in writing) and ask them to fix it. Ask for a response from them in writing.

If the answers that you receive from your company are not what you'd like, then I would *highly* recommend that you contact a lawyer, at least for a consultation; letting your company know that you are seeking legal advise may scare them into giving you what has been contractually agreed to.

If you have a contract, go to court. That is the American way. Sue the buggers for damages.
