I mean, you see the media giving us images of girls buttocks.. and "asses" and rappers also saying things about buttocks . However, the whole area down there is not really a clean body part cause that's what we use for going to the restroom and doing # 2. How is it that when we think of SEXY stuff, we forget about the fact that buttocks are nasty

It only seems that way to you because the rap/hip hop music industry likes to debase everything.
Beautiful derriere curves in a Badgley MIschka dress or a man's beautiful behind in designer jeans are far from grotesque.
However the way some cultures like to present certain art forms and subjects can debase them to the third degree.
I realize a person's butt encompasses a human waste receptacle, however if you get beyond that and appreciate the beautiful shape that a person's derriere can be, it's far from grotesque.
Sexually I would have to agree with you. It's not only gross to play with that area, it's dangerous and unhealthy since many people don't have the common sense to keep that area clean enough for sexual purposes
