about withdrawal of EPF amount. Actually I had been working in a company for 2 years, but due to some conflicts with my boss I had to quit my job and switched to another company. But the main problem is that the Manager of that company did not accept my resignation and also did not issue me a relieving letter. Also they blocked my salary of last month. They also refused to sign any form that I will submit to withdraw my EPF. Now I am working in an another company. What should I do...............?

Take them to the court and probably you can claim severence damages.

YOU should seek transfer of your PF account to new company. Even the President of US, the strongest economy on earth can not stop this transfer as could all Sadaam Hussains of old world. Please do not withdraw unless in extreme need of money to survive !
