Injuries to starters Shaq, Jason Williams and now, Dwayne Wade. Also, inconsistency of key reserves like Antoine Walker, James Posey and retirable Gary Payton.

The Heat is an old team. They had Wade but he is hurt. What did you think you had a dynasty? If your players were 5 or 6 years younger you would be in better shape.

Well i think Shaq has seen much better days, Pat Riley finally got back and needs to get into the groove, and Wayde is injured.

they need to really start working more as a team and unfortunately with so many injured / tired players (that the other team mates rely on) the team is going to hell.

I think since they won it last year some of them are just lazy. They don't have the same desire or determination that they once have had. I think they will get it back though.
