A few nights ago i saw a meteorite land a few hundred feet from my house, should I go look for it? I have read that meteorites can sometimes sell for 300 dollars a gram. How do i know if the rock landed, or just disintegrated? Please share any personal knowledge or experiences, i want to be rich soon so hurry.

Nasa will take the whole suburb you live in and test everything in it. I know because I work for Nasa. We will test all your Nooks, and Cranies to see if there are Aliens living in there. It might have been a space ship, they sometimes discise them selves as Meteorits. Your Cranies might be Harbouring Aliens!!!

It probably only looked like it impacted and actually disintigrated in the atmosphere many many miles away.

However if you think it did impact, by all means, go look for it. You will need a metal detector.

See if you can find it, first.
