Can a child be taken from its home because it is filthy? How filthy would it need to be?
The child is my ex boyfriends cousins daughter. She curently is in the care of my ex boyfriends mother. I walked in to there house the other day to visit the girl. The living room was a mess! There is a matress on the floor in the living room where the girl and my boyfriends mother sleeps. around the matress is all kids of stuff. Empty plates and cans. No one in the house hold works they all live off of disability. None of them can carry the child or kneel down to help the child bath. Three of the family members have mental health disorders ranging from Bipolar to Sleeping disorders. One member has tried to kill themselves a numoris amout of times. The family has also called me and my bestfriends mother for money for food and has even employed the little girl to do it.
Is this enough for her to be taken? The child has seperation anxiety how would they deal with that if she was taken?

clearly the child would have problems and to be removed would affect her cause she would be used to this unbelievable situation, this may be enough for her to be helped depending on where u are from?? you need to report her for this childs sake, however it affects her if she was taken can by no means be any worse than if she stayed!!

She can be removed from the home for the issues you stated. Everybody is responsible for the child's well being not just the parents or guardians. The agency responsible will provide mental and medical care necessary. If a child is not taken care of by the parents then you can't leave them in such awful conditions. No child deserves that. I would collect cans on the side of the road befor I let my kids go without food. There is nothing worse then seeing children neglected. It is a true reflection on where society puts it's priorities.

This sounds like this child is living in horrible conditions and with a bunch of wacho's to boot. My belief is, if you see something is wrong and do nothing, you are just as guilty as the person doing it. If this child is left in these surrounding what chance in heck is she going to have in life? Sounds to me like she desperately needs a grown up to intervene.
You , please, have to do whatever it takes to get her out of there. I'm getting sick just hearing about it. Call the police and report this and your concern to them and maybe they will come over and look and get Social Service's involved or they will tell you to call SS. They will never reveal who made the report, but quite frankly, that would be the least of my worries.
Thank you for caring about this child, every child needs someone to stand up for them.

is there someone else willing to take custody of the child? If you want to have the kid removed, you should have somewhere to put them. As bad as this situation seems, it is unlikely that being put into foster care and the social services system will be much better, so you probably don't want to try and get the child removed unless there is somewhere for her to go.

if that's filthy, sure. i used to be an MP and had to pass to a foul homestead. you may desire to scent the homestead from the exterior, you couldnt see the floor, it became into lined in trash, grimy outfits, and cat poop. each and all of the tables and counter tops have been lined with grimy dishes, curdled milk, there have been knats flying everywhere. the tub had grimy water and cigarrette butts in it. the little ones have been grimy, they didnt have any sparkling outfits, and there became into mildew on the carpet. CPS could have taken the little ones away in the event that they werent in Germany, yet if you consider that they have been (they have been American young little ones) they attempt to ward off taking young little ones away because of the fact they're going to pass into the German gadget. you may checklist it by utilising calling the interior of sight police station, (no longer 911) they're going to touch the suited government.

Call social services, I'm sure they would be more than happy to get the kid out of there.
