Yes. And in many other places as well. However, because the United States refused to sign the United Nations human rights treaty, they refuse to be held accountable and will not submit to the United Nations Human Rights Court. The only other country to do this was Libya. Not the best bedmate in terms of treaties.

Only if US loses the war. Generally, the loser in any war forfiets its high ranking politicians and military leaders. They are 'tried' by the winning side and hung. If the Iraqis win the war, they could cease military commanders and US politicians and give them a trial, then hang them. Most likely condemed to death would be all living US presidents and those in congress that voted 'for' the war. All US military officers who had served in Iraq would be hung as war criminals.

Define your terms. Are you talking about the cowardly bombers who blow themselves up to kill a few US soldiers handing out candy to Iraqi children, or are you talking about US troops doing what happens in any conflict-killing the enemy? People who ask such ridiculous questions just cannot grasp the fact that these murderers of the innocent brought their "cause" to American soil on September 11,2001, and in so doing have awakened the wrath of a nation who has for too long tolerated death and destruction in the name of Islam. Those people have brought this on themselves and as such deserve no mercy from any US soldier. Terrorism will largely cease when ALL of Islam is wiped off the face of the planet. Drop the nukes and be done with it. Screw collateral damage- they just give birth to future terrorists.

In actuality, there was no mass murder committed by the US in Iraq. There was and is, however, mass murder being committed by suicide bombers who run into heavy populated areas (outdoor bazaar's, markets, and such) and detonate the explosive device they are wearing, killing and injuring 100's to 1000's of people each week. This is not a US crime but a crime committed by Iraqi citizens against one another in their religious civil war to inspire terror to eventually gain political control once again.

to kill is murder
thou shalt not kill is a personal command
not a suggestion but a higher [highest decree]
it is a common decency that prevents the good commiting mortal error.
