It is due to open May 4th. Which begs the question of why does it come out on Friday instead of Wednesday? This irks me. It is coming out earlier than the other two did (they came out in June) and it's on a Friday. Either way,I am going to be first in line.

May 4th. Marvel has 2 super hero films this summer. The other Fantastic Four 2 comes out in Early June.
Probably why Spidey comes out in May otherwise they'd be too close together and Transformers comes out in July.
