America IS the Melting Pot, you know. Our society has become more diverse and that's what makes our country great.

It's about time for the Oscars to become an international and multi-national event. Different ceremonies can be held for local-talent-only contributions, as happens elsewhere, if that's what some folks want, but all in all the Oscars are about world-beating performances, directing, visual effects and so on. So, I hope the global feel stays around for a long time in the future.
