I have one zebra danio out of six danios in my tank that is super skinny. He almost doesn't look like he has a stomach.

I read something that says it could be tuberculosis?? Or an internal stomach parasite? I also heard they can live for years like this.

What's going on? He's swimming sideways some of the times and won't open his mouth to eat.

What do I need to do?

That could be one of several problems. Tuberculosis, internal parasites, cancer, genetic malformation or several others even. The only treatable item on this list would be internal parasites and the only way to treat them is with medicated foods. You said the fish isn't eating so the entire problem could be linked to an inability to eat, but that's unlikely.

The bottom line is that if the fish is not eating and has begun to swim in an odd way then treating any problem is basically impossible.

I'm really sorry to say that it's time to humanely euthanize the fish.

First of all, you need to get that first out of the tank with the others. I agree with the person above who said the fish should be euthanized. Wasting diseases are hard to treat.
