afew facts for you polyester murderers out there
1.an average of 10billion polys are brutally slaughtered every year
2. the life expectancy of newborn polyester in the US is about 17 minutes 4 minutes in China
3.most polyester used in manufacturing clothes are newborns
4. illegal poaching occurs approximately once every 7 seconds
but the Save The Polyester foundation is working on ways to save the polyester. here are a few ideas:
1. dolphins. they are developing technology that would allow clothes to be made from dolphin hides
2. making the public aware of all the mammals on the planet, they too could be a source of clothing for the next 500 years
wake up people, were killing the polyesters off. when will it end?

I would never kill a poly or an ester or any other man made fabric. I have a non-profit organization where I rescue man made fabrics so they dont have to die in order to make coats or pantyhose then I set them free in a man made life reserve so they can wander free from harm. Aren't I a wonderful person???

I actually have a shearling jacket and a wool peacoat so as far as I know, I saved the polyesters from a horrible fate. Sheep on the other hand, well................... :)

My coat is made of wool. I guess sheep had to be sheared. I don't know how many.
